Template license
Template License Agreement
Shareware License:
- The template will be sold up to 3 times after which it will no longer be available for sale or use by Wahmhost.net.
- The link back to Wahmhost.net may not be deleted or altered in anyway without permission. It MUST be visible on the template, on ALL pages.
- The template may be used for ONE site/domain only. And may not be offered for sale.
Exclusive Use License:
- The template will be sold once after which it will no longer be available for sale or use by Wahmhost.net
- The link back to Wahmhost.net can be removed if desired, however you may NOT represent the design as your own.
General Terms of Use (TOS) for both Shareware and Exclusive Licenses:
Please read our Terms of Service (TOS) as you are
agreeing to them by purchasing a license.
You are not permitted to re-distribute or reproduce Wahmhost.net copyrighted
material. Our license grants you the use of our template, it does not grant you
ownership of them.
You are not permitted to use Wahmhost.net templates on a website containing
sexually explicit material, promotion of hatred against any group, or any
illegal activity. Nor can the site contain links to any sites containing such
material. Violation of these terms will result in the loss of license without
refund .
Wahmhost.net templates are available for personal or business use.
